Piston and Related Components:

Piston Rubber: Installed on the piston, it serves a sealing function to guarantee the normal transportation of mud within the pump body. Piston rubber made of polyurethane material exhibits better elasticity and wear resistance and can adapt to the working environment of the mud pump.
Cylinder Liner: An important component of the mud pump, it provides guidance and support for the movement of the piston. There are various materials for cylinder liners, such as ceramic cylinder liners and bimetallic cylinder liners. Ceramic cylinder liners possess high hardness and wear resistance and can reduce wear between the cylinder liner and the piston. Bimetallic cylinder liners combine the advantages of two metals and have better strength and wear resistance.
Valve Seat and Valve Body:
Valve Seat: It is the installation base of the valve and provides a sealing surface for the valve body. Typically made of alloy steel, it has high strength and wear resistance and can withstand the impact and wear of mud.
Valve Body: Used in conjunction with the valve seat to control the flow direction of mud. The valve body is opened or closed under the push of mud to realize the suction and discharge of mud. Mostly made of alloy steel as well, it has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Gear and Gear Pump: If the mud pump employs gear transmission, then the gear is one of the important accessories. The precision and quality of the gear directly affect the transmission efficiency and stability of the mud pump. The gear pump is used to provide auxiliary functions like lubrication and cooling for the mud pump.
Shaft and Bearing: The shaft is the rotating part of the mud pump and bears a large torque and bending moment. The bearing is used to support the shaft and reduce the friction and wear of the shaft. Common bearing types include rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Select the appropriate bearing according to the specific working requirements of the mud pump.

Filter Screen: Installed at the inlet of the mud pump, it is used to filter impurities in the mud and prevent impurities from entering the pump body and damaging the pump parts.
